Kia ora, in this alert level all pets will be treated. Please assist us and:
• wear a mask at all times;
• practice 1m social distancing;
• call the clinic to make a plan for getting your pet checked if you are unwell or have been at a location of interest;
• have only one person accompany your pet;
• check in via the QR codes;
• organise food and other supplies by phone.
We are a fully vaccinated business. We respect your personal decisions but if entering the premises we do require you to be vaccinated against Covid-19 to keep our workplace safe.
If you are unable to enter the clinic for any of the reasons above, rest assured your pet will still be able to be treated. Please call the clinic and we will discuss alternative arrangements.
